ASK23: Diaper Patterns
Technique: Canvas/Needlepoint Level: Intermediate Ground: Zweigart 14-mesh white mono canvas Finished Design Size: 8.5" square Price: $15.00 |
Description:
This nine-patch geometric design was formerly a correspondence course on this unique type of ornamental patterning. The instructions are prefaced by an analysis of diaper patterns that compares them to two other distinctive pattern styles, groundings and stripes. Examples of all three patterns embellish this geometric framework, which was adapted from a popular quilt pattern.
